At the end of September, on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd, dairies all over Italy will take part in this open day event.
There will be tastings of cheese, wine and other artisanal products as well as guided tours of the dairies and the property around. You will be able to get in contact with the animals, ask questions about the production and the farmer´s daily-life and fill up your shopping bags with all kinds of goodies.
Last year more than 60 cheese dairies in all of Italy took place in this unique event – a weekend not to miss!

Festivals that involve Beans and Cheese are a common thing in Italy. The * Sagra Della Fava E Formaggio * in Gemmano can be found up in the mountains south of Rimini. The town combines the festival with their annual festival to the shrine of Madonna di Carbognano.

Artisan Cheese Fair 2024 – Melton Mowbray, UK
This Artisan Cheese Fair in Melton Mowbray claims to be UK´s largest and presents an astonishing number of over 50 cheesemakers from all over Britain and Ireland who proudly presented a selection of at least 300 cheeses!

Sturminster Newton Cheese Festival 2024- Sturminster Newton, UK
Also this year the town of Sturminster Newton, just an hour drive north-east of Bournemouth hosts its annual cheese festival!
About 2 dozen cheese producers will make sure you will have an unforgettable cheese experience! Naturally loads of other food, drinks and crafts are waiting for you to fill up your stomach and shopping bags.

The weekend of April 27th, this cheesy festival will take place for the 19th time at Jackson County Expo in Central Point, Oregon.
Besides the aim of organizing a great festival, the Fest also dedicates its work to support the Oregon Cheese Guild.
The market style festival was named to be one of the 10 Best Cheese Festivals in the US by renowned Culture Magazin and features cheeses from all over Oregon and the Western US.

This year for the first time ever the Cheese and Friends festival, Formaggi & Sorrisi (Cheese and Smile) will take place in Cremona, Lombardy, Italy.

The Coopers Hill Cheese-Rolling in Brockworth, UK is the event all (cheese-) lunatics are looking forward to all year!
