The city of Caserta not only has a Unesco Heritage listed 18th century palace, but also some fabulous Mozzarella on offer. The brothers Felice and Ciro of the Caseficio De Nicola passionately produce Mozzarella di bufala of carefully selected milk with respect to old traditions.
