British Cheese Awards 2024 – Shepton Mallet, Somerset, UK
The British Cheese Awards this year will take place on the first day of the first timer Food&Drink Festival at Bath&West Showground in Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
The awards were founded by renowned Juliet Harbutt in 1994 and since then brings together producers from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales for a yearly awards tournament and networking platform.
And you know what´s best? Visitors will be able to taste it all!
Prior to the festival there will be the Awards dinner on Friday the 22nd during which you will be able to taste last years winners and find out about the 2024 ones!

Yorkshire Dales Cheese Festival 2024
Finally, the Yorkshire Dales Cheese Festival takes place again and this year will brighten up the area from October 11th to October 14th.
The Cheese Festival will feature different events in the surrounding businesses that put an extra eye on local products of the area.

The Little Cheese 2024 – Caerphilly Castle, UK

Caerphilly Castle, just a few miles north of Cardiff, is England´s second largest castle after Windsor and will host this year´s ‘ The Little Cheese ‘ Festival.
The whole place will be beamed into medieval times with traditional displays and battles.
There will be loads of food and plenty of entertainment with music and performances.
And most important – there will be a giant cheese market with cheese producers from all over the coutry!

Artisan Cheese Fair 2024 – Melton Mowbray, UK
This Artisan Cheese Fair in Melton Mowbray claims to be UK´s largest and presents an astonishing number of over 50 cheesemakers from all over Britain and Ireland who proudly presented a selection of at least 300 cheeses!
If you have the chance, make sure to stop by as you will find cheeses that usually don´t go on long journeys!
Entry is £6 with kids 16 and under joining the party for free!

Sturminster Newton Cheese Festival 2024- Sturminster Newton, UK
Also this year the town of Sturminster Newton, just an hour drive north-east of Bournemouth hosts its annual cheese festival!
About 2 dozen cheese producers will make sure you will have an unforgettable cheese experience! Naturally loads of other food, drinks and crafts are waiting for you to fill up your stomach and shopping bags.
The event will take place under almost every weather condition. Entrance is about 6£ for adults and free for everyone under 14.
