Italian Cheese Awards 2025 – Bergamo, Italy

Each year Italy crowns its best cheeses at the Italian Cheese Awards and this year the event will take place on October 26th in Bergamo!

After the April pre-selection round at Formaggio in Villa, 34 cheeses spread out over 10 categories made it into the finale. 

The award evening  takes place at Bergamo´s  Fiera di Bergamo, Sala Caravaggio, promises a buffet of all the cheeses in the race and is open to the public.

Award Ceremony
5:00 PM – Awards Ceremony – Caravaggio Hall Auditorium

The Buffet
7:00 PM – After the Awards Ceremony, a buffet will be held in the Powder Hall, featuring a tasting of the 33 finalist cheeses and a toast to the finest Italian cheeses, open to the finalists and the audience at the awards ceremony.
