It´s time for the 37th edition of “Sagra del Tomino” in Rivalta near Torino!
As every year Rivalta opens its gates for Tomino lovers, turning the historic center in a market place with food and entertainment for all ages
Tomino is a typical cheese of the Piedmont and comes in cow´s, goat´s and sheep´s milk versions.
Small and round there are 11 varieties tied to the area of production;
Talucco, Canavesano fresh or dry, Casalborgone, Sordevolo, Bot, Saronsella, Rivalta, San Giacomo di Boves, Melle, and the Saluzzo Valleys
