The Japanese Cheese Art Association of Japan write cheese all over their flag!
On January 27th there will be the Fromager Japan Competition – the winners will be send to the Mondial du Fromage in June this year!
50 different kinds of artisinal japanese cheeses, cheese plates and a great cheese party are waiting
