Projetto Forme, the annual cheese festival in Bergamo goes into its 9th round!
What is is Forme and what are the goals?
It´s a network project dedicated to the enhancement and promotion of the Italian dairy sector with the plan to:
– increase the perception of value of Italian cheeses and create a system between producers, the associative world and institutions.
– improve knowledge of the products and the territories from which they are born
– promote sustainable models that take into account animal welfare and the environment while creating a culture of quality and an increased sale. (source: Progettoforme)
The program will be manifold!
As in recent years there will be a cheese market in Bergamo´s Città Alta as well as Cheese Labs with their masterclasses, many encounters of cheese and interesting people!
