and celebrates rare high-quality Italian cheeses & cured meats, bringing together producers, experts, and food lovers alike.

It´s the first time that the festivals Formaticum and Salum’è are held at the same date— not to merge, but to stand side by side in support of conscious production and responsible buying. An event where visitors can taste and shop, visit seminars and meet and greet producers, food lovers and industry professionals.
