Fontina is a semi-cooked, fatty cow´s milk cheese that in 1996 was labled as one of the DOP cheeses of Italy.
Also this year there will be festive weekend in the name of this delicious cheese, taking place in Oyace, in Italy´s Aosta Valley.
There will be a market, karaoke, themed restaurant menus and lots of things to discover for children and adults like wise.
