Finally the biannual Cheese Industry Conference takes place in Madison, Wisconsin again!
More than 3.000 representatives of the cheese industry – suppliers, marketers, producers, sellers – get together for this 3 day event that´s hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR).
There will be multiple sessions and workshops as well as tastings and showcase presentations.
