March is the time to join the Artisan and Catalan Cheese Forum in Girona, Spain. (forum del formatge artesà e català)
The forum is a festive and professional event focusing on artisan Catalan cheeses
and the perfect place to meet up with cheese lovers and professionals alike!
The event was created by the Catalan Association of farmers and artisanal cheese makers (ACREFA) which in its 40 years of history managed to bring together around 80 artisanal cheese makers from all over Catalonia.
What to expect:
- cooking shows and guided tastings
- more than 40 artisan cheese mongers where you can try and buy
- cheese tastings
- competition area of Catalan cheeses
