Almost 60 years of Parmigiano Reggiano festival in Casina, Reggio Emilia, Italy!
The Fair is THE opportunity to taste different Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses of different producers and of different age and dive into the palate variety of this king of cheese.
The event peaks in a “Wheel cutting competition” and the award ceremony for the title “City of Cheese” that will be given to Casina by ONAF, Italys national association of cheese someliers.
