45th Sagra del Formaggio – Magasa, Lombardy, Italy

The Sagra del Formaggio in Magasa, Italy takes place in the beautiful setting of Val Vestino!

It celebrates the prized Tombea mountain cheese, a Slow Food Presidium, every year on the second Sunday of September in the historic setting of the traditional straw covered barns. You will find plenty of food stands and vendors with local products and most important CHEESE!

Cheese and transhumance are the two main reasons for this fest that in 2026 celebrates its 45th anniversary!
