Organized by A.PRO.LA.V. (the regional milk producers association of the Veneto), the feast of Monte Grappa cheeses goes into its 29th round!

What to expect:

• demonstration of the making of a traditional *Morlacco del Grappa*
• banks of cheeses from the area
• Competition for the best *Morlacco del Grappa* and the best *Italian Mountain Cheese* 
• award ceremony for the competing and best cheeses in the race
