Every two years, more than 100 cheesemakers, scientists, and industry professionals gather at North Cadbury Court in Somerset for two days of presentations and discussion focused on the latest research in artisan cheese.

The Science of Artisan Cheese conference was born in 2012 and understands itself as a forum for sharing practical and technical knowledge tailored specifically to the artisan cheese community. Alongside a dynamic programme of expert-led sessions, the event offers valuable opportunities to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and build lasting professional relationships within the industry.

Tickets come as Early Birds (through 31st March) for £525 + VAT.
Standard registration is (from April 1st)  £575 + VAT.
