Sagra du Cascavaddu or- easier to pronounce- the Caciocavallo festival takes place in the beautiful setting of the Lucio Castle in Sicily since 1990.

During the 1 day festival you can take a glance in the past and find out more about the history, making and flavors of the famous slow food product * Nebrodi provola *. Moreover there will be music, wine and other cheesy products.
