Provola Festival 2025 – Basicò, Sicily, Italy
Just 2 days after the Caciocavallo Festival of Castel di Lucio, another Nebrodi National Park neighbouring town throws a festival in the honor of the iconic Provola cheeses of the island.
For one day the tiny medieval town of Basicò will turn into a feast ground of Provola and other local products that are all still made the way they were a hundred years ago.
