117th Mostra del Bitto – Morbegno, Italy
Last year more than 25.000 people made the pilgrimage to Morbegno, Lombardy to honor famous *Bitto* cheese for 116th time in history.
The * Mostra del Bitto * showcase event takes place every year and is also a festival in honor of the antique traditions of Valtellina.
There will music, cheese masterclasses to atten , and many, many tastings!
If you have time you can also visit a Celècc, the ancient stone constructions, which are covered with a mobile, tent-like roof and can only be found in the Bitto valleys. They are scattered over the pastures and make the on-sight production of *Bitto* possible.
