In Formaggio – Castello di Moricone, Italy

Just one week after Formaticum, the medieval castle of Moricone, a few km from Rome, will be the site of another festival dedicated to the discovery of Italian dairy excellence.

*In Formaggio* is promoted by the cultural association StrangeDays & Aromarte – Culture on the table and will feature artisan cheese producers as well as producers of local products such as honey, jam, salumi and wine.

Also at the festival – Cibo futuro and ONAF, the national organization of cheese tasters whose representatives will lead through guided tastings.
