The time of the year has come for Transhumance festivities!
This one takes place in Castellane, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in France.
2 days of celebration dedicated to pastoralism and the tradition of transhumance
You can watch sheperds with their cattle, sheep and dogs and see lots of other animals like chicken, pigs, rabbits, ponies and donkeys. There will be children animation and live music performances as well as a farmers market and a barbecue!
