The Cheese EXPO in Milwaukee is back in place at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from April 14th to April 16th!
The world’s largest cheese and whey processing expo brings together the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association with the Center for Dairy Research.
The expo focuses on cheese technology, equipment, ingredients, packaging breakthroughs, and product safety alike.
In 2026, the Cheese Expo starts with special events on April 14, followed by exhibits and seminars on April 15&16.
