The Cheese EXPO in Milwaukee is back in place at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from April 16th to April 18th!
The world’s largest cheese and whey processing expo brings together the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association with the Center for Dairy Research.
The expo focuses on cheese technology, equipment, ingredients, packaging breakthroughs, and product safety alike.
In 2024, the Cheese Expo starts with special events on April 16, followed by exhibits and seminars on April 17&18.
