This two day virtual/online event is crafted to support cheese makers in their every day work, tell them about new ideas and practices and in the best of all cases enhance their cheese making and business practices.
The event is open to everyone interested – from beginner to pro, from writer to reader to eater!
Some of the things sceduled involve…
- a Virtual Tour of Brazil’s award winning Queijaria BelaFazenda presented by Carolina Vilhena
- deep dives into European Cheese and Milk research as well as into *Feed and Its Effect on Cheesemaking—The Rumen/Curd Relationship* and *goat genetics managements*
- speakers will include: Bruno Giboudeau (veterinary surgeon and researcher),Edward De Beukelaer (veterinary surgeon), Dr. Stefanie Oppenheim (Senior DNA Analyst at the University of California), Peter Dixon and Rachel Fritz Schaal (cheesemakers at Paris Hill Creamery)
