1st Monesterio Cheese Fair (Badajoz) – Monesterio, Spain

It´s time for a new Cheese Festival on our calendar!

This November the town of Monesterio, just North of Seville in the province of Badajoz, Extremadura will host its first Cheese Festival ever! 

16 dairies from all over Spain will be present and the festival will feature tastings, cheese&wine pairings, dairy visits as well as live music. Naturally iconic and lesser known cheeses from Spain such as Idiazábal, Mahón-Menorca, Torta del Casar, Zamorano, Arzúa-Ulloa, San Simón, Manchego and Payoya will be up for a taste and a shop.

PS: Monesterio is also a haven for Iberian pork lovers!
