DESCRIPTION:Certamen del Queso Cabrales 2026 – Arenas de Cabrales\, Spain\nAlso this year the Cabrales Cheese Contest\, the Certamen de Cabrales will take place in the Asturian town of Arenas de Cabrales in the North of Spain. \nCabrales is a PDO Blue Cheese made with raw sheep\, goat and cow´s milk or just pure cow and is known for its unique salty and sharp flavour.  \nThousands of people are expected to join this event in the name of Cabrales. \nBut don´t worry – if you don´t like to go blue \, there will be also many other cheeses! \nThere will be tastings\, folklore shows and demonstrations of the traditional cheese-making process and of course you will have plenty of opportunity to fill up your bags. \nNote:\nFestival times might change and events might be canceled.\nAlways check official sites before booking your trip or heading out the door.\nImage Rights: All images used in this event calendar are under copyright of the organizer and or/its maker.
