DESCRIPTION:This year the AOP Saint-Nectaire competition takes place for the 24th time!\nAs all the years before an exciting competition day will await you to crown the best AOP Saint-Nectaire cheese of the year. The Jury will start the judging in the morning and has to choose from as many as a hundred cheeses that will be judged in 3 categories: farmer\, dairy and “challenge affineurs”.  \nThe jury will take into account appearance\, crust\, texture and of course the probably most important – the taste.
