DESCRIPTION:Bleu d´Auvergne – it deserves every party set for it!\nThis year on the weekend of August 16th\, the  famous blue cheese AOP Bleu d´Auvergne again is featured in a well-deserved festival in its honour. \nOn 2 days you can taste more Blue cheese than your body can take and wander through a market with more than 100 exhibitors offering all kinds of local products – wine\, salumi\, honey and delicious liqueurs. \nBleu d´Auvergne by the way  might not be the strongest blue cheese you have ever tasted but its creamy paste spoils you with a lot of spicyness and a pricky taste which pairs great with sweet wines.
