Festa della Fontina DOP

Fontina is a semi-cooked full-fat cheese, made with whole cow´s milk from a single milking and in 1996  became a  member of the PDO (protected designation of origin) family.

The Festival will take place in the little village of Oyace and you will be able to taste yourself through all versions, young and old, raw and melted!

By the way.. 2 birds with one stone…On the same weekend there is the Sagra della Toma di Lanzo nearby!
