Every year European farmhouse cheesemakers and their representatives meet to exchange ideas, discuss important topics and compare experiences.
It is a multi-day day congress, incorporating farm visits, a conference and discussions within workgroups.
Each year the congress takes place in a different country with Norway being in charge of 2024
