Artisan Cheese Makers Winter Conference

In 2021 the Conference had to go online but so far it seems that this year it might take place in person again!

To get a feeling for what is talked about  – here some themes from last year;

  • Opportunities and Challenges with Seasonal Milk and Small Ruminants (speaker: Ivan Larcher)
  • Managing Cheese Rind Microbes (speaker:Ben Wolfe)
